| One (1) Used TST Unistage All-Steel Radial Giant OTR Tire Building Machine, Uni-stage, model TST-LCZ-G57-63, designed to produce 57”-63” radial tire size 37.00R57, 40.00R57, 42/90R57, 42/90R57, 46/90R57, 55/80R57, 53/80R63, 55/80R63, 58/80R63, 59/80R63. The machine assembly consist of a material conveyor mechanism, green tire forming mechanism (bladder type), middle transferring mechanism, unloading mechanism and main control system. Located at BP servicer, IL servicer and 2-D winding mechanism, the turn-up bladder type building drum is for application, winding and stitching of all components to form the BP band. At the B&T drum position, the breaker assemblies, formed via B&T drum housing, B&T drum, 2-D stitcher and breaker servicer, is to be transferred onto transfer ring by help of B&T drum housing, then moved onto the center of turn-up bladder type building drum. Turn up and pre-shaping on the turn up bladder type drum receive and stitch breaker assemblies on the transfer ring position. Tread to be formed via 3-D winding mechanism.
